BEFORE YOU SEND
Include the useful details
Tell us the macOS release and DAW version. Include the Char Press version and sample rate, then give the smallest sequence that reproduces the issue. For an installation or licence problem, include the exact message shown by Bitsnacks Vending Machine or the plug-in.
Screenshots help with display problems. Keep licence files and account links out of attachments. Never attach private keys.
Repair an installed beta
Open Bitsnacks Vending Machine, find Char Press in Beta testing and choose Repair. Restart the host after the files are restored.
Check an expired beta
Open the product in Bitsnacks Vending Machine to see the current trial or tester status. An expired device licence keeps the project state intact while processing stays inactive.
Report a sound problem
State each of the seven control settings. A short dry input with its rendered example can speed up the comparison.
